Can you offer some signature drinks?

Absolutely! We can prepare a selection of special drinks that are tied to your event in original names, colors, and ingredients. Your guests will have a great memorable experience.

How many guests can you accommodate?

All our packages are based on parties of 50 guests or more. Pricing for parties with less than 50 guests is available upon request.

How many glasses do I need?

It depends on your package selection and number of guests. We will be happy to give you an estimate.

What payment methods do you accept?

Check, cash, all major credit cards.

Do you require a deposit?

To secure the date, we require a deposit of 25% of the total estimated event cost. We accept cash, check or credit cards. For credit card payments, a 3% processing fee will be applied.

Is a deposit refundable?

Yes, the deposit is refundable up to 48 hours prior to the event.

When is final payment due?

Final payment is due 7 days prior to the event.

Is a Gratuity included?

Gratuities are not included.

What happens if we accidentally break a glass?

Our damage waiver covers all incidental damage.

What is a damage waiver?

An eight percent non-refundable damage waiver is added to each order to cover the cost of broken and damaged items. It is inevitable that glasses will be broken or taken by quests, china will be chipped, linens will be stained, etc. Our waiver allows us to cover those expenses without having to charge you more after the event.

What are cancelation and refund policies?

All cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours prior to the event.

What is the service charge?

A service charge covers costs such as insurance, fuel, administrative cost, etc; and is considered an event production cost. A service charge is not a gratuity.

What if the guest count changes?

Our menus are based on a per person cost. The price per person does not change based on the final guest count.

Final guest count is required seven days prior to your event. Final payment will be due for the guaranteed number of guests, or the actual number of guest, whichever is greater.
